Fancy discovering the Plan de Dieu Appellation while taking a breath of fresh air?
Every last Sunday of April, all disciples of Dionysus are invited to join the 9-kilometer « Balade de Plan de Dieu » by walking through the vineyards from one cellar to the other with a glass in their hands. A wonderful semi-gastronomic meal enlivened by a series of attractions.
Over the years, the number of participants has steadily increased to reach 1100 gastronomic walkers for the last edition.
On the agenda: walking, drinking, eating and dancing... and then walking again!
Five wineries, five meal breaks and as many happy memories. More than enough for merry walkers to come back year after year in search for the unique atmosphere created by the Plan de Dieu winegrowers and extra 150 volunteers.
For the winegrowers of the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu Appellation, this walk organised jointly by the syndicate and the town of Camaret-sur-Aigues is a vibrant way of sharing and promoting their wines.
