"Moun Pantaï" means "My Dream" in literary Provençal.
Frédéric Penne made his dream come true by perpetuating the winemaking tradition in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, in the heart of the Controlled Designation of Origin of Côtes-du-Rhône.
Reasoned vineyard management, exceptional sunshine and passion for quality produce perfectly ripe grapes.
Each grape variety thus delivering its full potential.
Grenache is round and fruity. It is the main grape variety and is combined with either Cinsault for its finesse, Counoise for its incomparable delicacy, Mourvèdre and Syrah for their power, tannin and the beautiful concentration they bring into the red wines.
The white wines come from Clairette whose pleasant acidity is married to the floral roundness of the delicate Bourboulenc, enhanced with a touch of Viognier.
Modern techniques are always put to good use, and only provided they make it possible to transcend the knowledge of our ancestors, to rediscover the spirit that animated them that is the expression of true tradition....
The estate produces Côtes-du-Rhône, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Plan de Dieu, Sainte Cécile and Cairanne Cru.
