The estate was taken over in 2014 by the Sabon family, who already owned Domaine de la Janasse.
It is located at the highest point of the village of Jonquières and right on the boundary of the Plan de Dieu Appellation.
Today, Saint Antonin is a family-owned and traditional estate, run with all due respect for the terroir, the environment and the generations to come.
2015 was the first vintage of Saint Antonin vinified by the Sabon family.
